소외된 하나을 위한 모두

모두를 위한 최고의 하나

비주류 하나도 구성원임을 잊지 않는 모두

모두의 삶을 위해 헌신하는 주류 하나.

베타오류을 겸허히 받아드리는 자세.

알파오류를 줄이려 노오력하는 자세.

지금 주류의 흐름을 따르지 못하더라도,

추구하는 가치가 언젠가는 인정받는 날이 올 것이니

비주류를 밀어내기보다 끌어 안고,

지금 주류 흐름을 올라타 이끌때는

흐름을 따라 최선의 결과를 끌어내자.

All for underdogs and leaders for all

어쩌면, 뒤마 할아버지는 리더의 헌신에 대해서

그리고,

주류를 벗어난 가치추구가 언젠가는 팀에 도움이된다는

이야기 하려고 한 것은 아닐까.
